Tesoro Viejo is a new housing community built across 1,600 acres of land at the foothills of Little Table Mountain in Madera, just north of River Park on highway 41. Hillside Village a neighborhood built for families

Hillside Village is the inaugural neighborhood of Tesoro Viejo. It sits upon a hill, offering panoramic views of the mountain terrain. McCaffery Homes, K.Hovanian, and D.R. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. Nearby is an event lawn that hosts, you guessed it, events, and fun for the whole family.

Directly across from the Hub you’ll find Madera County Fire Station No. 7, and the Madera County Sheriff Substation that includes a multi-use conference room available for residents to use.
